What we collect
- Account details: your email address, a display name you choose, and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- What you post: community posts, comments and "useful" votes, shown publicly with your display name.
- Game results: level, return, stars and number of trades for each SWOT TRADER day you finish, shown on the weekly leaderboard with your display name.
- Technical data: a sign-in token kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To confirm that each member owns a real email address, to run your account, to show the community wall and leaderboard, and to email you about your account (confirmation and password reset). We do not sell your data or send marketing email without your consent.
Where it is stored
Accounts and community data are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. The website is served by Netlify. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
Your choices
- Change your display name on your account page at any time.
- Delete your own posts and comments from the wall.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your account and data by writing to the address below. We act on requests within 30 days.
